Carlos Pena Jr was born on August 15th in 1989 which makes him 21. He was born in Missouri, Columbia. He was raised in Weston, Florida. He attended Sagemont Upper School. He got his first role at age 15 in ER, followed later that year by guest-starring on Judging Amy, Summerland and Neds Declassified School Survival Guide. Carlos moved to Hollywood, Los Angeles in 2009.
In 2009, Carlos Pena Jr, Logan Henderson, James Maslow and Kendall Schmidt formed a band called Big Time Rush which was followed by a show called by the same name of the band. Their names were changed to Carlos Garcia, Logan Mitchell, James Diamond and Kendall Knight. They are currently filming Season 2.
